The 'talkback' Series

Ever wondered it’s like online banking with us? Well, here’s your chance to find out first hand! In July of 2008, 6 RaboDirect customers came together to help us to create a suite of RaboDirect customer webcasts, the ‘talkback’series.

All straight talkers and completely unscripted, they tell it how it is to be a RaboDirect online banking customer and discuss a range of topics from opening their online bank account to online security! The first 6 are in our library below, with more to follow.

An amount of €250 was donated to Barnardos for every customer who took part in creating our webcasts!
That’s a total of €1,500 towards the Barnardos Best Chance education programme.
