Digipass = Security

At RaboDirect customers use the unique Digipass device and their own individual PIN Code to access and sign off transactions online. The Digipass is a small hand-held security device that looks a bit like a small calculator. And so, RaboDirect offers the safest online banking system in Ireland. For more info, see Security.

If your Digipass or PIN is lost or stolen, or if you have any other security concerns, you should notify us as soon as possible by calling 1850 88 22 44 at any time or email info@rabodirect.ie. If no one is available to take your call, please ensure that you leave a voice message - we check our messages as a matter of priority and we have procedures in place to handle any security issues.
