If you are experiencing login problems don't worry there could be a few possibilities.
The details you are entering may be incorrect. Re check your 8 digit customer number. It begins with 00--------. Also make sure you have your Digipass and Pin Code handy.
The other reason could be you have not logged into your accounts in quite some time so we may just need to reset your accounts, it doesn't take long just ring our care centre 1850 88 22 44 we are open 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
