The Digipass is a small pocket device that only works in conjunction with an online account. You cannot use or access one without the other.
No. Without having the Digipass, it is impossible.
No. They won't have your PIN number which gives you access to your online account. The Digipass is free (normal price 15 EUR) but a fee may be charged to replace lost or damaged Digipasses.
We take your online banking security very seriously, if your Digipass is lost or stolen, you should contact us immediately. If our office is closed please leave us a voice message with your customer number, name and contact number, we will check to ensure your accounts are secure and contact you when we are back in the office.
