RaboDirect takes your online banking security very seriously. We constantly monitor threat levels and proactively take counter measures when required. Our customers also need to take sensible precautions such as ensuring that up to date firewalls and anti-virus scanners are installed on computers used to access online bank accounts. Keep your Digipass safe and do not disclose your PIN to anyone.

From February 7 2008 an extra layer of security has been activated when authorising transactions using the Digipass. You will now be required to enter the last 6 numbers of the tranaction amount in your Digipass when making transfers of more than €10,000. Just follow the simple instructions on screen. This additional step will only take a few seconds. For more information about our online security and precautions
