Dear Customers

Please be aware that a fake RaboDirect e mail is in circulation at the moment. It asks that you Sign In through an upgraded server. It also talks about our No Fraud Online Guarantee closely mimicking our terminology. This is a fake e mail.

Remember, when logging on to the RaboDirect secure website you should ALWAYS look for the https://secure1.rabodirect.ie/ or https://secure2.rabodirect.ie/ address when accessing your accounts. Please ignore the fake email. 

As you will be aware, RaboDirect has implemented the highest levels on online security through the Digipass system which can only be used with your secret Personal Identification Number (PIN). RaboDirect also offers customers the reassurance of our 'No Fraud Online Guarantee'.
