Before you get started, quickly check out our TD rates to see what’s on offer and if you’re happy to go ahead and cancel your auto renew:

1. Log into your RaboDirect secure account. Click on 'Term Deposits', select ‘Summary (current)’
2. Click on ‘Term Deposits’ 
3. Select ‘Summary (current)’
4. Select the Term Deposit you want to cancel and then click on 'View'
5. Click 'Cancel Automatic Reinvestment'
6. Confirm the cancellation with your Digipass
