Don't worry, here are a few things to double check:
- The details you're entering on your Digipass may be incorrect. Double check your 8 digit customer number - it begins with 00. You should also check you're using the correct Digipass and PIN for your accounts.
- If you haven't logged in to your account for a while, we might need to reset your Digipass. Just give us a call on 1850 88 22 44 and we'll get you sorted.
- Your browser could also be out-dated. You could try downloading the latest versions of the most popular browsers used by our customers:
