Technical requirements
If you are browsing our web site and using our secure banking site, you may have some questions regarding our technical requirements. Below is a list of the optimum specifications for the most effective use of our site.

There are no specific requirements for your PC, however we recommend your display settings to be at least 800 by 600 pixels and use a minimum of 16bits colour depth.

Security settings

Fire wall, Pop-up blocker and Anti-Virus Software
Installed software on your PC other than your browser, such as a personal fire wall, Pop-up blocker or virus scanner, may interfere with the good working of the RaboDirect.ie
If you encounter problems, try disabling this software temporarily. Doing this however is at your own risk.
Company network
Please be aware that your employer might have blocked (partial) access to external websites (such as RaboDirect.ie) to prevent you from doing personal banking on company time. It might even be that some colleagues are granted access while others are not. If you experience problems while connecting from a company network please consult your local network administrator.
